This product are single-stage,vertical axial flow pump,with the liquid flowing in axial direction.The pumps are used to tranfer clean water or other liquid with similar physical and chemical properties to those of water. The highest temperature of the transferred liquid can be 50. The ZL pumps have large capacity and low head, which is widely used in agriculture irrigation, civil water supply and drainage, water circulation in industrial power station, dock water level control and other conservancy projects.
When the prime mover drives the impeller to rotate, the action on the liquid has both centrifugal force and axial thrust. It is a combination of the centrifugal pump and the axial flow pump, and the liquid flows obliquely out of the impeller. It is therefore a pump between the centrifugal pump and the axial pump. The specific speed of the mixed flow pump is higher than that of the centrifugal pump, which is lower than the axial flow pump, generally between 300 and 500. Its head is higher than the axial pump, but the flow is smaller than the axial pump and larger than the centrifugal pump.
The mixed flow pump is a "pull out" type structure pump. When inspecting and disassembling the impeller and the shaft seal, it is not necessary to disassemble the pipe connected to the pump body. It is equipped with a precision machined pump shaft and a bearing with a thin oil lubrication. A protective bushing is installed in the stuffing box cover. The oil level of the bearing housing can be controlled by the constant oil cup.
The feet of the pump body can withstand any load from the pipeline and pass directly to the foundation. In this way, the rotor does not bend due to the load on the pump, thus ensuring the optimum service life of the bearing.

The pump unit can be equipped with a complete deflation device to facilitate the exhaust of the suction line.
